Customization and Orders
Custom orders are processed based on the design specifications provided by you. We are not liable for errors in customization resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
All custom orders are final and non-refundable once approved for production.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including for customized or non-customized products.
All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our sole discretion.
